Main Achievements:
· Project SellMeFree – ACP Media
My first project in New Zealand was at ACP Media, where I was the co-architect and also developed the entire notification and auction engines for the second release of SellMeFree website. SellMeFree release 1 was a website for placing classifieds and this project objective was to turn this into an auction website. We had a very short schedule, contractors from many different places working together and I was responsible for projecting auction and notification engines in a way that they could be “plugged” into the current website without breaking the legacy code. The project was successful.
· Auckland District Health Board (ADHB)
Spent 3 months engaged with this client, analyzing and documenting more than 20 different applications from different software suppliers and also the network topology in order to make recommendations to improve performance and stability of the applications. Then the work focused on two of the applications, with database tuning, architecture review/changes and additional technical recommendations.
· MVP Award
Received the “Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Solutions Architecture” award for the second time, from Microsoft, becoming the only professional in New Zealand with this award.

Company Details:
Flag Intelliwan is result of a merge from Flag company (created 20 years ago) and Intelliwan company (created 7 years ago, I am one of the founders). The merge process happened 3 years ago.
Intelliwan was a small company (about 20 employees), Microsoft Gold Partner, specialized in Microsoft consulting services for big companies. We had telecom clients, mining (here I can mention Samarco, which is 50% owned by BHP), Banks, Steel and many other areas. This small company became one of the most technically respectable companies in Brazil, recognized by Microsoft (Often, Microsoft acted as our client in many different projects).
Flag was a medium sized company (about 70 employees), also a Microsoft Gold Partner, specialized in softwares for logistics and distribution. Their main client was AMBEV, one of the biggest beverage producers around the world.
After the merge process, Flag Intelliwan became one of the most respectable Microsoft Gold Partners, achieving the Microsoft competences: Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, Data Management Solutions, Networking Solutions, Security Solutions, Information Worker Solutions, ISV/Software Solutions, Microsoft Business Solutions and Mobility Solutions.
Today, Flag Intelliwan has about 100 employees in many states in Brazil and branch offices in São Paulo/Brazil and Miami/USA.
Also, Flag Intelliwan became the first SAP software factory in Brazil, specialized in SAP Business One development and Add-ons development.
