Global market meltdown and what you can do about it.

So it is finally happening. And it is just the beginning. I’ve been talking about this for 4 or so years and now it is there. Lots of huge mistakes and way too much of a shallow common sense took us to this new crash.

As I was suggesting, gold price has been holding well to this. Today gold went up from US$780 to US$860, up 10% while russian stock market had a circuit break with a drop of 15%.

Panic.

Panic?

Maybe not. Maybe investors are starting to realize that there’s no magic bullet. There’s no way to keep an economy running (and up) with debits above 13 figures. Yes, we are talking about trillions. A number that is so big that is even hard to understand.

Trillions.

Repeat that in your mind. Try to visualize all the 0′s. Yes, that big.

Divide that for the number of US families and still you will have millions. That’s the invoice every american family needs to pay.

This money cannot be just printed as US has been doing for decades. This money needs to be paid with real assets. Assets that will need to be converted to liquidity. Cash, what no one seems to have in the moment. Houses, cars, boats, shares, everything needs to be converted into money.

Cash. That’s the asset in shortage. Economics says that everything in shortage valuates. There you go, now you know what to do.
