And we keep going…
Estava aqui ouvindo umas coisas do Chico Buarque.
Ele é um gênio.
Só isso que eu tinha a dizer.
E quem o acha desafinado tem o ouvido torto.
This music isn’t ready yet. And I did something wrong when recording, so the volume isn’t quite good. I started this one in 2005 and then I couldn’t find time to finish it. Click here.
This blues isn’t mine. I just play this one with some improvisations. Click here.
Now this is a funny story. We (Adriano taveira and myself) tried to create this song together, but as we have different styles, we kept changing each other’s work so many times that we ended up with many different versions of it, but never finishing it.
So here’s the first version: Click here.
And here’s the last one: Click here.
This composition is based on the concept of time and repetition. It is not quite “easy listening” as the others, but I personally like it. Click here.
And here is an older/first verion. Click here.
This composition gave me a prize at some website (I really can’t remember which one, sorry) of new age music. I just don’t think it is new age music and had no idea I was been evaluated somewhere… Click here.
Ok, I was 15 years old and wanted to create something huge. Too much inspiration, but not enough knowledge or resources (not mentioning talent). So the idea was creating something about earth, water, wind and fire, and that’s the result (incomplete):
Earth I, the creation (supposed to be a 5/4 compass): Click here.
Earth II, formation of life: Click here.
Water I: Click here.
Water II, became a separate music later: Click here.
Wind I: Click here.
Fire I (I tried to do something that would resemble fire, what can I say? Sorry?). Click here.
